PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING WITH MATILD

The following information is important for you to read and comprehend prior to booking a reading with Matilda.   

• All readings are for 18 years and up
• I advise no more than two readings within a 12 month period to allow things to play out and you to take action as spirit advises
• Allow 6 - 12 months after a loss to allow the natural grieving process to occur
• There are no refunds once the reading has taken place
• Please do not book a reading or have a reading if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Each reading is for an individual unless you add a second attendee which can be done at the time of booking
• No recordings but notes are strongly recommended
• Matilda will cancel and refund you if she feels you are booking too many readings
• All information is private between you and Matilda 
• Let go of your expectations of who will come forward but try and meditate and ask them to show signs prior to the reading
• Ensuring you are in a quiet location and not in a moving car or busy area at least 5 minutes prior to the reading will assist - if Matilda feels you are driving or anything similar she will end the reading with NO REFUND
• Rudeness or agression is not looked upon favourably and your call will be disconnected with NO REFUND
• There is a 7 day refund policy with no refund but allowance to  reschedule.  No refund is given if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice
• Matilda is continuously booked out 8-10 weeks in advance, if you need to reschedule you will be added to the next release of dates unless there is space.
